IT Infrastructure Engineer [System Administrator - AVP]

• Monitor and maintain servers, storage, networks, virtualization platforms, and cloud services. Perform patching, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Deploy new infrastructure solutions, optimize system performance, support capacity planning, and participate in IT projects. o Implement security controls, manage access rights, support audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage backup systems, test disaster recovery plans, and ensure data integrity and availability.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers, manage infrastructure-related contracts, and ensure service performance.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and support continuous improvement of operational processes.
• Implement security controls, manage access rights, support audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Minimum Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or other related.

Work Experience

• 5 - 10 Years’ experience in Microsoft product: Windows Servers, Active Directory, Networks and Windows Service (CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP).
• Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN)

Special and Specific Knowledge and Skills

• Knowledge of Firewall system (Checkpoint is prefer)
• Knowledge of Information Security system
• Knowledge of Backup system
• Knowledge of VM (VMWare / Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of ISMS and ISO/IEC 27001 framework
• Experience supporting ISO27001 audits, evidence collection, and compliance documentation
• Basic Knowledge of Cloud Service: Azure AD, Exchange Online, O365, Intune,
• Able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Have great service mind.
• Strong coordination, organization, teaming and communication abilities.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency for technical and business coordination.
