IT Infrastructure Head

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure roadmap, covering networks, servers, cloud services, data centers, cybersecurity controls, endpoint management, and collaboration platforms.
• Translate business growth, security, and operational requirements into practical infrastructure plans, standards, budgets, and implementation priorities.
• Oversee daily infrastructure operations, ensuring high availability, performance, capacity, security, disaster recovery readiness, and timely incident resolution across locations.
• Lead infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain records of infrastructure assets, configurations, licenses, and contracts, while preparing technical documentation, policies, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all infrastructure operations comply with company policies, cybersecurity standards, audit requirements, and data protection regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the infrastructure team by planning workloads, building technical capabilities, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, network, systems, cloud, or cybersecurity operations, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure architecture, network/firewall/VPN management, server/storage virtualization, and disaster recovery.
• Hands-on proficiency with cloud services (including Microsoft 365), cybersecurity controls, endpoint management, and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proven track record in vendor, contract, budget, asset, and project management.
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office (HO) in Karawaci, Tangerang, and willing to be mobile if needed.
