IT Infrastructure Manager

Required IT Infrastructure Manager with 10 years plus experience and managing a team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline; equivalent experience with strong certifications will be considered.

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years leading a team, in a manufacturing or multi-location environment
• Strong hands-on Linux server administration — not only Windows
• Solid VMware virtualisation experience: cluster design, HA, vMotion, shared storage, patching and capacity planning
• Real networking depth: switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi design, and multi-site WAN connectivity and troubleshooting
• Practical cybersecurity experience — firewall administration, endpoint security, patch management, identity and access administration, and incident handling
• Demonstrated ownership of backup and disaster recovery, including restores actually performed
• Experience with CCTV, access control and biometric systems in an industrial setting
• Experience with EPBX or enterprise telephony; RF or point-to-point wireless link experience is a strong advantage
• Track record of writing SOPs, build standards and documentation that were genuinely used
• Vendor and AMC management experience

PREFERRED

• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, RHCSA/RHCE, VCP, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or ISO 27001 Internal Auditor
• Exposure to process-manufacturing plant environments
• Experience with OT/IT segregation, SCADA or PLC network environments, and securing unpatchable machine PCs
• Greenfield plant or office IT setup experience from civil stage through go-live
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration, ahead of a possible future migration
• Scripting for automation and monitoring (Bash, Python, PowerShell) and experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix, Nagios or PRTG
• Helpdesk or ITSM tooling experience and ITIL familiarity

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
