IT Infrastructure Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee the organization's IT infrastructure operations, ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and performance of critical technology systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Lead infrastructure teams responsible for servers, networks, cloud, systems, storage, data centers, and related IT services.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, performance, and security of critical IT infrastructure.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and service levels.
• Lead incident, problem, change, and service request management in accordance with ITSM/ITIL practices.
• Ensure timely resolution and escalation of critical infrastructure incidents.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions.
• Oversee infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, patching, and technology refresh initiatives.
• Manage backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure resilience programs.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, SOC, application, database, network, cloud, and service desk teams.
• Manage infrastructure projects, including implementations, migrations, upgrades, and technology transformation initiatives.
• Establish and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational metrics.
• Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and third-party partners.
• Review vendor performance, contracts, technical deliverables, and service quality.
• Develop and manage infrastructure-related budgets and resource requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve infrastructure efficiency, reliability, security, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure infrastructure operations comply with organizational policies, security requirements, and applicable standards.
• Prepare regular management reports on infrastructure performance, incidents, risks, projects, and service availability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop infrastructure team members.
• Participate in 24/7 escalation or on-call support for critical infrastructure incidents when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, network administration, IT operations, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, or infrastructure management capacity is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including: Servers and operating systems, Network infrastructure, Cloud infrastructure, Storage and virtualization, Backup and disaster recovery, Data center operations and IT security
• Strong understanding of IT operations, infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and service availability.
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.
• Strong understanding of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Configuration Management.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure projects and technical teams.
• Experience managing vendors, service providers, and third-party technology partners.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage critical infrastructure incidents.
• Willingness to participate in after-hours, weekend, holiday, or on-call support when required.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month
