What You'll Do

As the IT Infrastructure & Engineering Manager , you will:

• Lead the design, implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization's infrastructure environment.

• Serve as a hands-on technical leader responsible for cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity initiatives, systems engineering, and enterprise technology platforms.

• Actively perform engineering, administration, troubleshooting, and implementation work while managing day-to-day operations of the infrastructure team.

• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance management for technical staff.

• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex infrastructure and systems-related issues.

• Lead infrastructure projects from planning through implementation while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and business objectives are achieved.

• Manage and optimize cloud environments, network infrastructure, virtualized environments, storage platforms, and enterprise systems.

• Develop and maintain infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and documentation.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver technology solutions that support organizational goals.

• Oversee vendor relationships, technology contracts, and service providers.

• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, security, and capacity to ensure reliable operations.

• Identify opportunities to modernize systems, reduce risk, improve resiliency, and optimize technology investments.

• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity initiatives.

• Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the organization's long-term technology roadmap.

• Lead by example through hands-on technical execution and operational excellence.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsRequired:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Five (5)+ years of progressive IT infrastructure, systems engineering, or network administration experience.

• Three (3)+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.

• Strong experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud services, networking, and systems administration.

• Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure projects and technology implementations.

• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and technology service providers.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting multi-site organizations.

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, virtualization technologies, networking, and cybersecurity programs.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, CompTIA, or similar credentials.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods.

• Ability to lift and move technology equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Ability to travel occasionally to support company locations as needed.

• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
