Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within high availability. high traffic environment (e.g., premium hospitality, entertainment venues, or tech startup).

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure, network, server, and security system.
• Design, implement and optimize robust, scalable and secure system.
• Develop automation, integration and tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross functional team to deliver seamless operation.
• Drive innovation and technology strategies to support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Expert in MikroTik RouterOS, complex routing (OSPF, BGP), VLAN, firewall, QoS, traffic shaping, and high-density Wi-Fi environment.
• Advanced Proxmox VE expertise, multi-node environment, clustering, High Availability, VM/LXC/Docker management, resource provisioning.
• Mastery in Synology NAS, RAID, snapshots, zero-data-loss architecture, automated backup and cloud redundancy (Google Drive / AWS S3).
• 3+ years with Zabbix, Prometheus & Grafana. Build custom dashboard, exporter and multi-channel alerting for operational excellence.
• Proficient in Node.js, RESTful API, web application, Git/GitHub. Scripting & automation with Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Experience with YOLO object detection and people counting system. Interest in applying AI/ML to real world operational challenge.
• POS system, CRM & accounting integrations, Megatix ticketing platform, WordPress CMS, web hosting, CDN, custom HTML/JS.
• Familiar with Dante audio networking, DMX lighting protocol, IP-based CCTV and large-scale security system.
• Strong cybersecurity foundation, network hardening, endpoint security, cloud asset protection and data privacy (CIPM principles is a plus).

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bali: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

• How many years of hands on experience do you have with Proxmox VE, including clustering, High Availability, VM/LXC/Docker management, and resource provisioning?
• Do you have at least 3 years of experience using Zabbix, Prometheus, and Grafana for infrastructure monitoring, dashboard and alerting?
• Do you have experience with IP-based CCTV, large-scale security system, Dante audio networking, or DMX lighting protocol
• Do you have experience implementation YOLO/object detection or people counting system, or applying AI/ML to operational use case
• Do you have strong hands on experience in cybersecurity, including network hardening, endpoint security, cloud security and data protection?
• Are you willing to work in a high availability environment where you may need to handle critical infrastructure incident and operational issue

Experience:

• IT Infrastructure: 5 years (Required)
• IT Infrastructure leadership or managerial role: 3 years (Required)
• MikroTik RouterOS, OSPF, VLAN, Firewall and QoS: 1 year (Required)
