• User Authentication management

• Domain management

Backup Management

• SAN / Storage management
• Tap library management
• Backup management
• Disaster Recovery Plan implementation
• Restore test management

Exchange Management

• Mailbox management
• Email achieve management

Network Management

• Network devices administration
• Firewall and IPS administration
• Troubleshooting
• Agile Controller

Physical Device Management

• Cabinet Layout updates
• New server / device installation, configuration
• Firmware update and vulnerabilities patch
• Old server / network device replacement
• Incident troubleshooting, bad part replacement

Desired Skills & Experience

• University degree in Computer Science or related majors
• At least 3 years of related and / or cross functional experience in industry
• Experience in at least one ITSM tool
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Medium level of spoken and written English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time in a dynamic environment
• Experience of managing IT environments
• Experience in Crisis response and recovery
• Solid understanding of CS and IT Operations’ provided services and the supporting infrastructure to be able to prioritize faults, estimate fix times
• Sufficient knowledge of IT Operations understanding policy, processes, procedures and systems deployed
• Good understanding of network hardware, software, disaster recovery principles, communication technologies and general IT Operations principles
• Good knowledge of the Bank’s operations
• Concrete experience in Database management
• Concrete experience in COBIT
• Concrete experience in BRSA’s IT regulations
• Strong analytical skills to assess situations quickly, their impact and options for resolution
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Results oriented and systematic approach
• Ability to manage complex, multiple, concurrent projects and related activities
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver within limited timescales
