IT Infrastructure Staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information System, Computer Science , or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of IT Support/Desktop Support experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong knowledge of networking (security an wireless), servers, storage, and infrastructure operations. Understanding the basics of MikroTik configuration.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively and perform well under pressure.
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. And willing to be mobile (dinas luar kota) if needed.

Responsibilities:

• User & Application Support: Handling daily troubleshooting for Windows OS, applications (MS Office, PDF, browsers, licensing), printers, scanners, projectors, and local networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, switches/routers/APs, cable crimping).
• Hardware & Asset Maintenance: Repair, upgrade, and setup of PC/laptop units (ready-to-use), as well as management of device asset inventory (active, damaged, or under repair).
