IT Infrastructure Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Systems Server & Virtualization

• Support Design server and system infrastructure

• Support System Server Version 2019 and Version 2025

• Support and monitor Virtual Machine environment on VMware vSphere platform

• Support Windows Server Security Patch updates environment

• Support Job Backup , Replication and restore on Veeam Backup

 2. Active Directory

• Support Active Directory and Azure AD/ Entra ID

• Support Manage user accounts, access controls, permissions, and security policies

 3. Microsoft Identity & Cloud

• Support Administer Entra ID and Active Directory

• Support Manage user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding)

• Support Configure MFA, access policies, and Defender

• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

 4. Documentation

• Maintain network diagrams, IP plans, VLANs

• Document infrastructure, systems, and changes

• Track recurring issues and solutions

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor’s Degree Information technology, Computer Engineer, Information System, Computer Science
• Experience 3 years up in Enterprise IT infrastructure
• Experience with Microsoft Environments and identity systems
• Experience Microsoft windows and office 365 and troubleshooting
• Good in English language skill
