IT Infrastructure Team Leader

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate the IT Infrastructure team and support daily infrastructure operations
• Provide hands-on technical guidance across servers, virtualization, networks, identity, endpoints, backup and monitoring
• Ensure reliable, secure and customer-focused IT infrastructure services
• Define and improve practical IT standards, processes, documentation and maintenance routines
• Support complex technical issues, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and major incidents
• Coordinate service desk activities and ensure professional, customer-focused IT support
• Drive improvements through standardization, automation, simplification and infrastructure modernization
• Work closely with IT, Production, Engineering, Quality and other business functions, as well as external service providers
• Consider IT security, risk, compliance and operational requirements in infrastructure decisions

Qualification:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a similar technical field
• At least 7-10 years of relevant IT infrastructure experience, including several years in a senior or lead technical role
• Strong practical knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as VMware, Windows/Linux, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking, backup and monitoring
• Experience in coordinating an IT infrastructure, service desk or service delivery team
• Hands-on, structured and pragmatic approach to solving technical problems
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Good understanding of IT security, risk and compliance requirements
• Fluent spoken and written English skills
