IT Infrastructure Trainee (m/f)

Fundsight is looking for an intern in IT infrastructure (level 1) to join our IT team.

This internship represents an excellent opportunity for students wishing to acquire practical experience in systems and network administration in a professional environment.

Your role

Under the supervision of our IT team, you will participate in:

• Provide level 1 technical support to users (workstations, software, printers, connectivity).
• Install, configure and maintain workstations (Windows/Linux).
• Configure and maintain the Azure environment.
• Assist the IT team with Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace and Azure cloud administration and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor and maintain computer hardware and inventory.
• Write and update IT procedures and documentation.
• Explore tools for fleet supervision and management.

Your skills and experience

• You are a computer science student (BTS, bachelor’s degree or equivalent), preferably in your final year and looking for an end-of-studies internship.
• You are available for a six-month internship
• You have basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• You like working in a team;
• You are curious and motivated, flexible, and able to carry out several tasks;
• You have good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Proficiency in English, French. Written and spoken.
