IT Inside Sales Admin (6 months contract)

PT. Onerah is seeking a detail-oriented IT Sales Administrator to support our sales team in managing quotations, documentation, and sales coordination for IT maintenance, managed services, cybersecurity, and project-based solutions.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth sales operations, accurate documentation, and timely follow-ups with internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Support sales team with documentation and administrative tasks
• Track sales orders, contract renewals, and customer records
• Coordinate with technical and presales teams on pricing and solution details
• Liaise with finance team on invoicing and billing matters
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Ensure sales documents comply with internal procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or related field
• Experience in sales administration, preferably in IT or B2B services
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Able to work with multiple teams and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent in English verbally and written
