Location: Fully Remote in LATAM supporting Eastern Time Zone hours

Employment Type: 12 - Month Contract

Compensation: $36 - $41/hour

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Audit and optimize the post-merger technology onboarding journey, leveraging associate feedback and support trends to remove friction during systems adoption.
• Investigate technical escalations and root causes across identity management, endpoint deployments, and application migrations to deliver permanent process enhancements.
• Partner directly with engineering, IT support, and business stakeholders to turn complex technical challenges into clear, actionable training materials and streamlined communications.
• Drive data-backed process improvements and track operational metrics to ensure tech integrations are execution-ready, scalable, and minimally disruptive to newly joined teams.

• Proven expertise combining hands-on technical understanding—spanning device management, access control, and system migrations within a Microsoft/Azure environment—with service delivery and operational improvement.
• Strong background in using operational data, support tickets, and direct user input to diagnose systemic issues and construct measurable solution frameworks.
• Superior communication skills with a track record of translating multi-layered IT complexities into accessible guidance for cross-functional partners.
• Demonstrated history of optimizing enterprise-level technical transitions without relying on traditional visual design or pure change-management methodologies.
