IT Integration Lead – M&A

Salary: $90,000–$120,000

Employment: 12-Month Contract

Stelvio Group is hiring an experienced IT Integration Lead on behalf of a growing organization undergoing significant transformation and acquisition activity.

This is a key role responsible for leading the technology integration lifecycle across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) — from technical due diligence and integration planning through Day 1, migration, stabilization and transition into business-as-usual operations.

You’ll sit at the intersection of technology, business strategy and M&A , working with senior stakeholders to ensure acquired businesses are integrated securely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead IT due diligence for potential acquisitions, assessing infrastructure, applications, software licensing, technical debt and cybersecurity risks.
• Build detailed IT integration roadmaps , budgets, timelines and migration plans.
• Lead post-merger technology integration and carve-out activities .
• Oversee the consolidation and migration of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, HRIS and collaboration platforms .
• Support integration across Azure/GCP/OCI, Active Directory, Okta and IAM environments .
• Coordinate secure data migrations while maintaining data integrity, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Align acquired businesses with enterprise security, compliance and data governance standards , including SOC 2, PCI and GDPR.
• Manage third-party technology vendors and integration partners.
• Work closely with executive leadership, Corporate Development, IT teams and acquired company leadership.
• Establish post-integration hypercare and support , transitioning systems into steady-state IT operations.
• Capture lessons learned and help develop repeatable M&A integration playbooks.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally have 6+ years' experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, technology integration or technical program management, including 3–4+ years directly involved in M&A IT integrations and/or carve-outs .

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

• Hands-on delivery of post-merger IT integrations
• Strong technical breadth across cloud, infrastructure, IAM, networking and security
• Experience with Azure, GCP or OCI
• Exposure to Okta, Active Directory and identity management
• Enterprise application experience, ideally including NetSuite
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs against fixed deal deadlines
• Integration budgeting, TCO analysis and technology synergy identification
• Strong executive stakeholder communication
• The ability to translate technical risks and challenges into clear business language

Experience within a private equity-backed, acquisition-heavy or high-growth environment would be particularly valuable.

PMP, Agile/Scrum, ITIL, cloud or security certifications are advantageous but not essential.
