JOB SUMMARY:

As an IT Intern, you will assist the IT team with workstation setup and transfers, basic computer troubleshooting, and operating system reinstallation while gaining hands-on experience in providing technical support and maintaining workplace technology. 

Workstation Setup and Transfer

• Assist with transferring, setting up, and reconnecting workstations and other computer equipment to ensure proper functionality and readiness for use.

Basic Technical Troubleshooting

• Assist the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving basic computer hardware and software issues under supervision.

Operating System Installation and Configuration

• Assist with reinstalling operating systems and performing basic system configurations to ensure computers are properly set up and operational.

Hardware and Software Support

• Support the IT team in identifying and addressing basic hardware and software concerns while gaining hands-on experience with different IT equipment and systems.

IT Equipment Maintenance and Support

• Assist in maintaining and organizing IT equipment and workstations to ensure they remain functional and properly configured.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or any computer-related course.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

• Willing to learn and assist with hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
