Job Description / Scope of Work:
Assist in basic troubleshooting of PC and laptop issues.
Provide support for printer-related issues, including basic setup and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot basic internet and network connectivity concerns.
Assist with PC assembly and disassembly.
Support RAM and SSD replacement and installation.
Set up and configure computer peripherals, including:
- Keyboard
- Mouse
- Monitor
- Webcam
Assist with cable management and organization for IT equipment.
Help maintain and organize IT equipment and hardware.
Assist in monitoring and updating company IT asset inventory.
Perform other basic IT support tasks as assigned by the IT team.
