- Setting up new laptops and formatting existing laptops.
- Providing daily user support for laptop, printer, monitor, and network-related issues.
- Providing daily user support for Microsoft Office 365 (O365) applications.
- Most user support will be provided remotely via online support, while support for Head Office users will be conducted face-to-face.
- Assisting the IT team with Microsoft Entra ID administration, laptop deployment, and the migration of O365 services to new tenant.
- Assisting the IT team with Microsoft Dynamics 365 end user support
- Responsible for IT related procurement processes
