About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Intern to join our IT Operations team. In this hands-on internship, you will play an active role in supporting day-to-day IT support, asset inventory management, logistics, and ticketing operations.

This role is designed to give you real-world exposure to standard enterprise IT workflows, asset tracking practices, and foundational technical support, preparing you with practical skills for a successful career in IT Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage IT Assets: Maintain and update accuracy in IT asset inventory records, tracking laptops, monitors, headsets, and other essential work tools.
• Handle IT Logistics: Prepare, pack, label, and organize IT equipment for deployment or return, supporting asset receiving, quality checks, and storage.
• Support Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with asset issuance and retrieval workflows for joining and departing employees.
• Monitor IT Tickets: Help monitor, update, and track incoming IT support requests within the ticketing system.
• Conduct Audits: Perform physical inventory checks and ensure proper organization across IT equipment storage spaces.
• Provide Operations Support: Assist with basic hardware and software setups alongside other general IT support tasks as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field requiring internship/OJT credits.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware, operating systems, and general computer troubleshooting.
• High attention to detail, strong organization, and safe equipment handling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a willingness to collaborate within a team.
• Ability to work onsite from Monday to Friday.
