What they need
About the role
This role involves IT support and audit functions, including PC and printer setup and troubleshooting, daily IT support, and management of hardware equipment such as switches, routers, and servers. You will also assist in automating the construction system using the Laserfiche portal.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct IT Audit Monthly
- PC and Printer Setup/troubleshooting
- Provide Daily IT support
- Handle all hardware equipment including Switch, Router and Server (Networking knowledge required)
- Assist to automate the construction system by using Laserfiche portal (PHP, SQL and JavaScript)
- Complete any other ad hoc tasks/assignments assigned by the Superior
Requirements:
- Possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English
- Fluency in Mandarin is an extra advantage
- Willing to work in Sungai Way, PJ
