Key responsibilities
- Assist with basic IT technical support and troubleshooting
- Help maintain computers, software, networks, and other IT equipment
- Assist in system updates, data management, and IT documentation
- Support IT projects, research, and implementation of new technologies
- Provide general technical assistance to employees and other departments
About you
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related course
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work well with a team
