IT Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and dependable IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a professional work environment. The intern will assist with day-to-day IT support, basic troubleshooting, documentation, and other technology-related tasks while working closely with the IT team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic technical and IT-related concerns of employees
• Provide support for computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• Assist in troubleshooting basic connectivity, system, and software issues
• Help with the installation, setup, and maintenance of computers and other IT equipment
• Assist in monitoring and organizing IT assets and equipment
• Maintain and update IT-related records, reports, and documentation
• Provide assistance during system or software installations and updates
• Support other IT projects and administrative tasks as assigned
• Follow company policies, procedures, and data security practices

About you

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and able to work well with a team
• Able to follow instructions and handle tasks responsibly
• Previous internship or practical IT experience is an advantage but not required
