Job Title: IT Intern (Fresher / Entry-Level) - LEADING TO FULL TIME OPPORTUNITY
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal
Working days: Monday - Friday
Timings: 7pm - 4am

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Intern (Fresher) to join our IT team and provide first-level technical support across the organization. This is a great opportunity for a fresh graduate who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on technical work, and wants to build a career in IT infrastructure and support.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in IT / desktop support (internships welcome)
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, computer hardware, and LAN cabling
• Good communication skills and a customer service attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals
• Install, configure, and replace end-user hardware
• Perform basic OS and application troubleshooting as per SOPs
• Handle LAN cabling, patching, labeling, and basic connectivity checks
• Support equipment movement, workstation setup, and seating relocations
• Provide desk-side support for meeting rooms and office IT setups
• Log and update tickets in the IT ticketing system and follow SLAs
• Assist with IT asset tagging, issuance, and returns
