IT Intern

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in IT support, networking, and technical operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related course
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
• Willing to learn and perform hands-on IT support tasks
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to render 200 hours

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the two (2) ISP connections and load balancer.
• Assist with LAN cabling, cable testing, organization, and replacement of damaged or rodent-chewed LAN cables.
• Assist with ISP, LAN, and network wiring.
• Monitor and check CCTV cameras, printers, computers, and laptops.
• Report technical issues to the IT Officer for further action.
• Assist with IT equipment inventory and preventive maintenance.
• Assist with basic network and IT troubleshooting.
