Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to support our IT department with day-to-day technical operations. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer systems, software, hardware, and networking, along with a willingness to learn and develop practical IT skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and software.
• Provide basic technical support to employees regarding hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot computer, printer, network, and internet connectivity problems.
• Assist with system updates, antivirus installation, and data backups.
• Maintain IT equipment, software records, and inventory.
• Support network setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist in maintaining system security and protecting company data.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree or diploma program in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, work in a team, and follow instructions.

Internship Duration & Stipend
