IT Intern

The IT Intern will contribute to the daily IT activities and projects, the key responsibilities are as follows:

• Basic Troubleshooting for laptop, desktop, printers (HW, SW, Connectivity concerns)
• Office Automation device configuration (format, account setup, email configuration & Apps)
• Windows update (update laptop, desktop to latest version)
• IT Asset inventory
• IT Consumables deployment, tagging, recording
• IT documentation (Microsoft related encoding & actual documents compilation)

Qualifications:

• The internship program is meant for undergraduate students, academically required or voluntary
• Must be enrolled in any Information Technology-related course
• Must be willing to complete 300 hours or up worth of internship hours
• Must be diligient with tasks and eager to learn on the job
