Job Summary:
Assist the IT Department in providing technical support, troubleshooting computer issues, maintaining IT equipment, and performing other IT-related tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting computers, printers, software, and network issues.
Provide basic technical support to employees.
Assist in installing and maintaining IT equipment and software.
Update IT inventory and documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related course.
Basic computer troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
