IT Intern (OJT)

About the role

Join our team as an IT intern and develop your technical skills in a professional work environment. You will gain hands-on experience providing technical support and assistance to the IT team in daily technical and operational activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to employees
• Assist in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and network issues
• Install and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment
• Help maintain and organize IT inventory and equipment
• Assist in system updates, software installation, and data backup
• Perform basic documentation and administrative tasks related to IT operations
• Support the IT team in daily technical and operational activities
• Perform other tasks assigned by the IT Supervisor

About you

• Currently taking up a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course
• Must be endorsed by the school for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) program
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to render the required internship hours
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City
