We are looking for a motivated IT & Operations Intern to support daily IT operations, from asset management to system testing, while gaining hands-on exposure to network infrastructure and device provisioning. Success in this role means handling routine IT support tasks independently, keeping documentation accurate, and contributing to ongoing projects like the Knowledge Management System (KMS). Reporting to the IT Network & Infrastructure Supervisor, this position helps keep the organization's IT and network operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory checks and data recording of IT & Network assets, including laptops and related devices
• Perform basic configuration and troubleshooting for Kyocera printers
• Carry out manual testing of workflows within the Odoo system to identify issues and ensure functionality
• Set up and provision laptops for new employees, ensuring devices are ready for use
• Manage day-to-day IT & Network request forms, including coordinating device or issue handovers to end users
• Support the development of an AI-based Knowledge Management System (KMS)
• Prepare Permit to Work (PTW) and Work Assignment Letters (STC) as required, within the IT & Network scope
• Maintain document control processes, including organizing and archiving IT & Network documentation

Qualifications

• Final-year student (minimum semester 6) or fresh graduate from a Diploma or Bachelor's program
• Majoring in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale)
• Available for a full-time internship for the required program duration (3–6 months); a reference or recommendation letter from campus may be required
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts (PC/laptop, LAN, Wi-Fi, printers, etc.)
• Familiarity with the Windows operating system, including basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Foundational knowledge of IT asset management and inventory processes
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts, including manual testing and simple test cases
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting purposes
