Come join the IT Team! The IT Support Intern serves as an essential contact person for technical support and infrastructure maintenance within the organization. This role is designed to develop practical technical competence by involving the intern directly in user support, systems configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and other initiatives lead by the IT Team.

Key Focus Areas

• Technical Support & User Assistance

  • Deliver first-level IT support to employees, addressing password resets, system access, and basic user issues.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and local network issues.
  • Provide live support during system updates and user onboarding/offboarding.

• Systems & Infrastructure Operations

  • Support the setup, configuration, and routine maintenance of workstations, laptops, printers, and peripheral hardware.
  • Help monitor daily system performance and report critical technical issues to senior IT staff.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure projects, including migrations, security enhancements, and system upgrades.

• Inventory, Documentation & Governance

  • Maintain up-to-date IT inventory records, asset tracking logs, and technical documentation.
  • Enforce strict compliance with data security policies, privacy standards, and workplace confidentiality.
  • Research and propose process or tool improvements to enhance internal IT operations.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Must be amenable to 2 - 3x day hybrid set up, in our Bonifacio Global City, Taguig office
• Our internships are unpaid.
