To support the execution of specific IT audit assignments within AXA Japan and the broader AXA Group, supporting the Board and Executive Management in safeguarding the organization’s assets, reputation, and long-term sustainability. This is achieved by delivering independent and objective assurance activities that add value and enhance operational effectiveness.

**【**求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】

Language:

• Clear written and spoken Japanese.
• Proficiency of the English language of at least level B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages is expected.

Experience:

• Proven experience in the IT field
• Internal audit experience and qualifications is an advantage
• Ability to analyse data sets through Excel, PowerBI or other analytic tools (as an advantage)
• International experience in a multinational environment an advantage

9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00）
フレックスタイムあり
