Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and updating of computer systems, applications, and devices.
• Support routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, equipment inventory, and performance monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common technical problems under the supervision of IT staff.
• Help maintain IT documentation, including asset records, user guides, and process manuals.
• Assist in setting up workstations, peripherals, and accounts for new hires.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and common applications.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
