What they need
- Memastikan masing-masing PIC menginputkan laporan dengan benar dan real-time.
- Melakukan pembandingan (compare) dokumen masuk maupun keluar dengan laporan di sistem IT Inventory.
- Memastikan 7 laporan Bea Cukai (dokumen masuk, dokumen keluar, form dari masing-masing departemen) real dan match dengan data aktual di lapangan.
- Memimpin monitoring bulanan (monum bulanan) serta menjamin target zero temuan pada setiap audit pabean/internal.
- Bertanggung jawab penuh atas kesesuaian antara stok di sistem IT Inventory dengan stok fisik/aktual di lapangan.
