IT / IS Internship

Want a real hands-on experience in Tech Operations? We are looking for BSIT, BSIS, or any tech-related students to join our team! Get actual exposure to Troubleshooting, System Administration, Cybersecurity, Networking, Data Analysis, and AI Automation.

What youll be doing

• Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users
• Help respond to basic IT-related concerns and troubleshooting requests
• Respond to IT-related concerns and incidents in a timely and efficient manne
• Assists in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, network, server, and software
• Helps in documenting IT support activities
• Work closely with the IT team on process improvement initiatives
• Participate in IT-related projects and infrastructure enhancement activities
• Perform other administrative and technical support tasks as assigned by the IT team

What we're looking for

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information System or a related field
• With a basic understanding of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
• Has keen interest in learning and staying up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
• Comfortable interacting with internal stakeholders
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Must be able to render 440 – 500 OJT hours
• Possible Internship Start Date Last week of September / First week of October
• Must be willing to travel to Eastwood, Quezon City

Pay: Php120.00 per day

Work Location: In person
