IT運維專員 / IT Operations Specialist

崗位職責

1. 負責公司日常 IT 運維及技術支援，確保辦公室、教室及線上課程系統穩定運行。
2. 為教職員提供桌面支援，包括 Windows／macOS、帳號、郵箱、打印、軟件安裝、VPN 等。
3. 維護教室多媒體設備，包括投影、音響、攝像頭、直播／錄課設備及網絡。
4. 管理網絡、Wi-Fi、路由器、防火牆、伺服器及雲端服務，處理故障及進行基本優化。
5. 管理 IT 資產，包括設備採購、盤點、維修及供應商協調。
6. 支援入職／離職帳號開通、權限管理、資料備份及基本資訊安全。
7. 與總部 IT 及外部供應商協作，跟進系統更新、項目實施及問題升級。
8. 編寫運維文檔、操作指引及故障處理記錄。
9. 按需要到各分校提供現場支援；偶爾需配合晚上或週末活動。

任職要求

1. 資訊科技、電腦科學或相關文憑／學位。
2. 3–5 年 IT 支援或運維經驗；經驗較少但具潛力者亦會考慮。
3. 熟悉 Windows／macOS、Microsoft 365／Google Workspace。
4. 具備網絡基礎知識，如 TCP/IP、DNS、DHCP、Wi-Fi、VPN。
5. 基本伺服器或雲端經驗（Windows Server、Linux、NAS、AWS／Azure／GCP 等）。
6. 具備硬件、AV 或直播設備排障能力。
7. 具香港工作權，歡迎 IANG、TTPS、QMAS、ASMTP 等人才投遞。

Work Location: Hong Kong (primarily based at Prince Edward Headquarters, with travel to branch centres as required)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations and technical support to ensure the stable operation of offices, classrooms and online course systems.
• Provide desktop support to teaching and administrative staff, including Windows/macOS, accounts, email, printing, software installation and VPN.
• Maintain classroom multimedia equipment, including projectors, audio systems, cameras, live-streaming/recording devices and network connectivity.
• Manage network, Wi-Fi, routers, firewalls, servers and cloud services; troubleshoot issues and perform basic optimisation.
• Manage IT assets, including equipment procurement, inventory, repairs and vendor coordination.
• Support onboarding/offboarding account setup, access management, data backup and basic information security.
• Collaborate with head office IT and external vendors on system updates, project implementation and issue escalation.
• Prepare IT documentation, user guides and troubleshooting records.
• Provide on-site support at branch centres as required; occasional evening or weekend support may be needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of IT support or operations experience; candidates with less experience but strong potential will also be considered.
• Familiarity with Windows/macOS and Microsoft 365/Google Workspace.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi and VPN.
• Basic experience with servers or cloud services (Windows Server, Linux, NAS, AWS/Azure/GCP, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, AV or live-streaming equipment.
• Valid Hong Kong work rights. IANG, TTPS, QMAS, ASMTP and other eligible visa holders are welcome to apply.
