- To ensure the proper functioning and availability of lab equipment and software, provide timely support and assistance to users.
- Maintain an organized and efficient lab environment for optimal user experience.
- Install and configure software applications on lab computers based on the curriculum or research requirements.
- Responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues reported by users.
- Accurately documents all relevant details of each complain, including the steps taken to diagnose and resolve the issue.
Pay: Rs41,000.00 - Rs48,000.00 per month
