IT Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Establish the IT department and define its policies, procedures, and roadmap
• Build and manage infrastructure: networks, devices, servers, and cloud services
• Administer business systems and applications and support their integration
• Implement cybersecurity and data protection controls in line with CMA, NCA, and PDPL requirements
• Develop backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans
• Manage user access, permissions, and accounts
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers
• Provide technical support to employees

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in IT
• Proven experience building or developing an IT environment independently
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud environments
• Experience in financial services or a CMA-licensed entity is a plus
• Professional certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
• Fluency in Arabic and English
