Job Title: IT Lead Generation Expert

Department: Sales / Business Development
Experience: 6 months – 3 years (preferred in IT Experienced)
Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
• Generate leads through email, LinkedIn, and other online channels
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
• Coordinate with technical teams to estimate project scope and timelines
• Maintain client communication during pre-sales phase
• Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
• Follow up with clients to close deals successfully
• Maintain CRM/records of leads and bidding activity

Required Skills:

• Good written English communication (very important for bidding)
• Understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, Software, etc.)
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms and bidding process
• Basic understanding of sales funnel and lead conversion
• Strong negotiation and client handling skills
• Ability to write compelling proposals

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
