What they need
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up, operate, and monitor OBS and other broadcasting software to maintain high quality live streaming and resolve any technical issues promptly
Provide technical support to live hosts by troubleshooting hardware, software, audio, video, and network-related concerns during live operations
Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity, network stability, and proper functioning of IT equipment before, during, and after live sessions
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Familiarity with OBS Studio, streaming platforms, and other broadcast software (Required)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure
Flexible to work during night shift
Amenable to work on site (project-based)
