We are currently looking for an IT Programmer Management Trainee with details as below:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Graduates from Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or related majors are highly preferred.
• Minimum GPA of 2.80 or equivalent.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Tech-savvy, fast learner, curious, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Have a strong interest in programming, software development, and technology.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, PHP, JavaScript, or other programming languages is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of database, API, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience in developing personal, academic, or professional projects is a plus.
• Strong team player, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative.
• Good communication skills and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.

Job Description:

• Learn and develop software applications based on business and user requirements.
• Write, test, debug, and maintain clean and efficient code under the guidance of experienced mentors.
• Analyze problems and identify effective technical solutions to improve systems and applications.
• Participate in software development projects from planning, development, testing, to implementation.
• Assist in developing and maintaining databases, APIs, and system integrations.
• Collaborate with IT teams, developers, designers, and other departments to deliver projects effectively.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications and systems perform properly.
• Research and learn new technologies that can be implemented to improve system performance and business processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for applications, systems, and development processes.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver tasks on time, with good quality and according to project requirements.
• Participate in evaluations, training, and mentoring sessions throughout the Management Trainee program.
• Continuously improve technical and problem-solving skills to prepare for a future career as an IT Programmer / Software Developer / IT Specialist.
