IT MANAGER - ARAB (Cybersecurity / Information Security)

Position: IT MANAGER – ARAB National
Proficient / Experience in CYBERSECURITY / INFORMATION SECURITY

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager with strong expertise in Cybersecurity / Information Security, IT infrastructure, systems management, governance, risk management, and technology operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, systems, hardware, and software.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity and information security policies, controls, and procedures.
• Monitor security risks, vulnerabilities, threats, incidents, and access controls.
• Lead IT governance, risk assessment, compliance, and business continuity initiatives.
• Ensure data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and system availability.
• Manage firewalls, endpoint security, antivirus, access management, and security monitoring.
• Conduct security assessments, audits, vulnerability reviews, and incident response.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, projects, and technology upgrades.
• Ensure IT systems comply with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support the IT team while providing technical guidance to users and management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years UAE Experience as IT Manager
• Strong experience in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT Governance, and Risk Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of networks, servers, cloud systems, firewalls, endpoint security, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks, policies, controls, and risk assessment.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or ISO 27001 are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
