IT Manager

About the role

Lead and manage the company's IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity operations. Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of all IT systems and services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the ERP migration from SAP ECC to Oracle NetSuite, including planning, integration, testing, development, and user adoption.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives by leveraging cloud, automation, AI, and data analytics technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute the IT roadmap to align technology investments with business objectives and future growth.
• Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and strategic technology partners.
• Establish and maintain robust IT governance, cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity frameworks.
• Lead, coach, and develop the IT team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

About you

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in leadership or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and enterprise systems.
• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation or migration projects, preferably involving SAP ECC and Oracle NetSuite.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, data analytics, low-code platforms, and modern cloud architecture.
• Strong project management, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills.
