IT Manager

Management and optimization of the CEGID ERP system: Lead the integration, implementation, and upgrade project for the CEGID management software. Analyze the needs of different departments (accounting, finance, sales, inventory, etc.) and translate them into functionalities within CEGID. Automate and optimize workflows within the platform. Design customized dashboards, reports, and performance indicators (reporting). Provide training, support, and assistance to users on a daily basis to maximize tool adoption. Manage the relationship with the CEGID software vendor and external service providers/integrators. Infrastructure and network management: Administer and maintain the IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, networks, telephony) in operational condition. Ensure the IT security of the network, access, and data (updates, firewalls, antivirus, backups). Manage user access and authorization policies for the various systems. Provide user support and assistance: Supervise or provide Level 1/Level 2/Level 3 technical support to colleagues. Resolve hardware and software incidents as quickly as possible. Develop IT strategy and project management: Write technical documentation and user procedures. Manage relationships with all IT suppliers and control IT costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor's degree (4-5 years of higher education) in Computer Science or Information Systems. Experience: At least 3-5 years of successful experience in a similar role (IT Manager, ERP Project Manager, or System/ERP Administrator). Key skills: Excellent command of CEGID software (configuration, databases, queries/reporting). Strong system and network administration skills (Windows Server, SQL Server, backup, security). Good analytical skills regarding business processes.
