IT Manager

• Resolving various MS Windows and MS Office problems.解决各种Windows 和office 问题
• Create, administrate and maintain email accounts using MS Exchange or other systems.用微软exchange系统创建，管理和维护邮箱账户
• Analyzing and resolving network connectivity issues.分析和解决网络连接问题
• To be considered for this IT technician position, it is crucial that you possess not only the technical support experience, but the ability to communicate effectively and positively with all clients/users. You will have the ability to interpret your customer's needs to ensure you effectively deliver quality outcomes within a timely manner.IT技术人员，不仅仅是需要技术支持经验，还要和客户/用户高效，积极的交流。更需要具体理解用户需求的能力，确保及时有效地提供高质量结果。
• Servers and Network devices maintenance.网络设备和服务器的维护
• ERP (Yongyou U8), Office and other applications maintenance.ERP(用友U8)，office软件及其他APP的维护
• New functionalities or systems implementation (MRP, CRM, etc.). 新功能或者系统的上线
• Data base maintenance, reports design and generation from MS SQL servers.数据库维护，报告设计和制作
• Support on site and off site users (computers and Network).线上线下用户的支持 最低要求：
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Transferable Degree with relevant experience.本科以上学历，信息技术专业优先
• Minimum 2 years of IT management experience.至少两年的IT管理经验
• Knowledge of the followings:  Windows Server 2008R2, 2012R2 and 2016 + 操作后台  Windows Data Protection Manager 微软备份系统  Networking over Ethernet 网络管理  ERP Systems

ERP 系统  Microsoft SQL Database 微软SQL 数据库  Microsoft Office

微软办公软件  VMware

• Ability to learn and support new systems and applications.较强的接受能力，能快速地学习新的系统和应用
• Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Chinese and English coupled with strong interpersonal skills are required for dealing with management, staff, vendors and customers.优异的中英语口头及书面沟通技巧，能够灵活地处理与公司上下级员工，供应商及客户的关系。
• Knowledge of management skills, knowledge of the general direction of the information technology industry and its products and services are required.熟知管理技能方面的知识，计算机方面的产品及服务的宏观知识。
