Role & responsibilities
Responsible for managing and supporting the companys IT systems across 20 branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day IT support and administration.
- Provide system and desktop support to all branches.
- Manage computers, laptops, printers, software, and IT assets.
- Monitor network, internet, and system issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers.
- Support ERP and other business applications.
- Manage user access, basic IT security, and data backup.
- Maintain IT records and ensure smooth IT operations across all locations.
- Guide branch users and resolve their IT-related issues.
