IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Information Systems Manager to oversee information systems, IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, vendors, and IT operations. The role also involves managing the IT team, budget, and client/vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage enterprise information systems and document management systems
• Plan and maintain servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks, firewalls, and network security
• Monitor system and network performance and resolve technical issues
• Ensure data security, availability, compliance, and proper IT policies
• Coordinate with business departments to align IT solutions with business needs
• Manage cloud resources, costs, and service-level agreements
• Handle client concerns, escalations, and service requests
• Manage vendors, contracts, and service agreements
• Prepare and manage the IT department budget

About you

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of IT experience, preferably in infrastructure, information systems, or network operations
• Experience in an IT leadership or managerial role
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, cloud, virtualization, and network infrastructure
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, wireless networks, and firewalls
• Understanding of cybersecurity, access controls, encryption, and intrusion detection
• Familiarity with IT compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in team management, vendor coordination, and budget management
