IT Manager

Beehive is seeking a highly qualified IT Manager to lead and oversee our IT infrastructure, systems, and digital crowdfunding platform. This is a strategic senior management role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Job Purpose

The IT Manager will be responsible for the overall management of Beehive's IT infrastructure, systems, and digital platform — including planning, organizing, and controlling IT and electronic data operations, while ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of company data in full compliance with SAMA's cybersecurity and information security regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• IT Infrastructure Management – Oversee networks, servers, storage, and the debt-based crowdfunding platform; manage system performance, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Cybersecurity & Data Protection – Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls, conduct security assessments, and respond to incidents in line with SAMA's Cyber Risk Control Framework.
• IT Policy & Governance – Develop policies covering access control, data protection, change management, and business continuity aligned with SAMA requirements.
• Vendor & Budget Management – Manage the IT budget, evaluate vendors, and oversee outsourcing arrangements per SAMA outsourcing regulations.
• Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, security awareness, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 4–7 years of progressive IT experience
• Proven leadership experience as an IT Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Excellent leadership and project management skills

• Must meet SAMA's professional eligibility requirements for senior management
• Must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
• Thorough understanding of SAMA's cybersecurity & information security regulations
• Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent strongly preferred
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and other information security standards

الغرض من الوظيفة

يتولى مدير تقنية المعلومات الإدارة الشاملة للبنية التحتية والأنظمة والمنصة الرقمية للشركة، بما يشمل تخطيط وتنظيم ومراقبة عمليات تقنية المعلومات والبيانات الإلكترونية، مع ضمان أمن وسرية وسلامة بيانات الشركة وأنظمتها بما يتوافق مع أنظمة الأمن السيبراني وأمن المعلومات الصادرة عن البنك المركزي السعودي (ساما).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• إدارة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات – الإشراف على الشبكات، والخوادم، والتخزين، ومنصة التمويل الجماعي بالدين، وضمان كفاءة الأداء وتخطيط السعة وتطوير البنية التحتية.
• الأمن السيبراني وحماية البيانات – تطبيق ضوابط الأمن السيبراني، وإجراء التقييمات الأمنية، والتعامل مع الحوادث وفق إطار ضوابط المخاطر السيبرانية لساما.
• سياسات وحوكمة تقنية المعلومات – تطوير السياسات المتعلقة بضبط الوصول، وحماية البيانات، وإدارة التغيير، واستمرارية الأعمال بما يتماشى مع متطلبات ساما.
• إدارة الموردين والميزانية – إدارة ميزانية تقنية المعلومات، وتقييم الموردين، والإشراف على ترتيبات الإسناد وفق أنظمة الإسناد الصادرة عن ساما.
• القيادة والإشراف على الفريق – قيادة وتوجيه فريق تقنية المعلومات، وتعزيز ثقافة الابتكار والوعي الأمني والتحسين المستمر.

المؤهلات والخبرات

• درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
• خبرة تراكمية من 4 إلى 7 سنوات في مجال تقنية المعلومات
• خبرة قيادية مثبتة في منصب مدير تقنية معلومات أو دور مماثل
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة تقنية المعلومات والبنية التحتية والأمن السيبراني
• مهارات قيادية ومهارات إدارة مشاريع ممتازة

• استيفاء متطلبات الأهلية المهنية الصادرة عن ساما لشاغلي المناصب القيادية
• أن يكون مقيماً دائماً في المملكة العربية السعودية
• فهم شامل لأنظمة ساما للأمن السيبراني وأمن المعلومات
• يفضّل بشدة الحصول على شهادات مهنية مثل CISM أو CISSP أو ما يعادلها
• الإلمام بمعيار ISO 27001 ومعايير أمن المعلومات الأخرى
