Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to manage the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, data security, and day-to-day technical operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage computers, servers, networks, internet, software, and IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, backups, and data security.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
• Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Maintain regular data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
• Monitor antivirus, firewall, email security, and system updates.
• Ensure employees follow IT security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
• Respond to and manage IT security incidents and data breaches.
• Maintain IT documentation, licenses, and asset records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT administration/management.
• Strong knowledge of Networking, Windows, Hardware, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup & Data Protection.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of data security and access control.
• Ability to manage IT operations independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
