• Infrastructure & End-User Support
• Maintain office networks (wired/wireless), servers, storage, AD, email, printing, and meeting systems.
• Manage end-user devices (PCs, mobiles, IP phones) to ensure productivity and security.
• Manage the IT solutions in production operation area to support fluence operation ongoing.
• Drive ITSM processes to handle user requests and incidents.
• Business Process Mapping and IT solution implementation, operation and continue improvement
• Deep-dive into core business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Inventory, Shipping, Finance closing). Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and system blind spots.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance to create As-Is and To-Be process maps.
• Produce process documentation, SOPs, and system requirements aligned with ERP/CRM/WMS capabilities.
• Convert this business management requirment to IT solution with project define and continue delivery
• Lead the configuration, testing, and go-live of business processes within IT systems (e.g., ERP workflows, approval flows, data integration rules).
• Establish a process change management mechanism; conduct user training, assessments, and post-launch validation.
• Build process KPIs and dashboards (e.g., order cycle time, inventory accuracy, invoice matching time).
• Serve as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring all system developments serve standardized process execution.
• Production IT Support
• Digital solution implementation and management that support company operation.
• Manage IT infrastructure for MES, DC, and industrial control systems(PLC/DCS integration) to ensure production continuity.
• Design, isolate, and troubleshoot shop-floor networks
• Support production databases, edge computing nodes, and automation data interfaces for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Production, Process, Quality, and Automation teams to implement Smart Factory /Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Industry regulation and compliance management
• Drive GSMA SAS (Security Assurance Scheme) requirements, especially for IoT device production, eSIM provisioning, and secure element (SE) integration.
• Ensure compliance during production of communication modules and smart devices (key management, firmware signing, secure provisioning, audit logs).
• Organize internal GSMA audits and support external audit certifications.
• Manage supply chain IT security risks to ensure GSMA alignment.
• Information Security & Risk ManagementDefine
• Define and enforce plant IT security policies (access control, patch management, antivirus, backup, IDS).
• Implement OT/IT network segmentation, industrial firewalls, and whitelisting mechanisms.
• Lead IT disaster recovery (DRP) and business continuity (BCP) exercises.
• Team & Budget Management
• Lead internal IT engineers and external service providers; manage performance and technical training.
• Develop annual IT budget, control costs, and drive ROI analysis for technology investments.
• Manage IT assets and software licenses for compliance. Required for the JOB:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Automation,Telecommunications, Information Management, or related field. 2.10+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in plant/manufacturing IT management. 3..Business architecture with process management and solution adoption capability
• Project management capability with complex project define, implementation.
• Network & Systems: Proficient with Cisco/H3C; VLAN, VPN, SD-WAN; Windows Server/Linux, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), K8S. 5.proven experience implementing compliance or responding to audits.
• Security: Familiar with ISO 27001, IEC 62443; ability to lead penetration tests and vulnerability management.
• Proven ability to map, implement, and enforce business processes across commercial functions (Order, Procurement, Inventory, Finance).
• Excellent cross-functional communication (able to work with office staff and shop-floor operators).Patient, Ability to Listen, understand and then Act
• Resilient under pressure, capable of 7x24 emergency response for production-critical issues.Team Player, collaborative with cross-functional teams. Strong target orientation and problem solving skills
