Company : Distributor of a Global Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer

Company Overview:

Our client is an authorized distributor of a global commercial vehicle company with a long- established presence in the automotive industry. They operate in over 170 markets worldwide and are currently undergoing a major business and IT transformation to establish a more independent operating model across their international markets.

The Thailand office is relatively lean, so this role has high visibility and works closely with local leadership, regional IT teams, and headquarters in Japan. About the role

Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects across business functions, including HR, Finance, Sales, Aftersales, Marketing, Product Management, Customs, Security, and Corporate Services. Execute local implementation of regional and global IT initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption. Oversee the daily operation of business applications across cloud and on-premises environments. Coordinate local infrastructure services, including networks, servers, workplace devices, meeting room technology, printers, and connectivity. Act as the local representative for IT governance and information security, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and global standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate multiple IT projects across business functions, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful adoption
• Execute local implementation of regional and global IT initiatives
• Support the ongoing IT carve-out program by coordinating infrastructure migration, application transitions, and business process changes
• Gather business requirements, manage project timelines, monitor risks, and coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Oversee the daily operation of approximately 34 business applications across cloud and on-premises environments
• Coordinate incident management, problem resolution, change requests, user access management, and application enhancements
• Ensure stable IT operations while maintaining high service quality and business continuity
• Coordinate local infrastructure services, including networks, servers, workplace devices, meeting room technology, printers, and connectivity
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and regional infrastructure teams, ensuring SLA compliance and effective service delivery
• Act as the local representative for IT governance and information security, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and global standards

Key Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, IT Operations, IT Service Delivery, IT Application Management, or IT Business Partner roles
• Experience coordinating enterprise applications across both cloud and on-premises environments
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, vendor management, ITIL processes, incident and change management, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working with outsourced service providers and cross-functional regional or global IT teams
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Microsoft Copilot, is advantageous
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
