IT Manager

• Oversee the day-to-day administration and health of site infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, firewalls, enterprise Wi-Fi, and VPN.
• Proactively monitor network and system performance, conduct root-cause analysis (RCA), and rapidly resolve IT incidents.
• Maintain server environments, virtualization platforms, Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and enterprise backup systems.
• Implement information security baselines, including endpoint protection, access controls, vulnerability patch management, and monitoring.
• Manage site IT assets, technical documentation, ISP/vendor service level agreements (SLAs), software licensing, and local IT procurement projects.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and repetitive workflows that can be optimised through artificial intelligence (AI) and workflow automation.
• Develop, test, and deploy practical internal automation solutions, including n8n workflows, Power Automate, Python scripts, REST API integrations, and LLM-powered enterprise knowledge bases / AI agents.
• Ensure local operations are aligned with directives from China Headquarters and regional IT departments for network upgrades, infrastructure deployments, security audits, and related initiatives.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related technical field. Practical work experience will be prioritised.

• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in IT infrastructure, network administration, system operations, or technical support.

• At least 1 year of experience in team coordination, IT project delivery, or vendor management.

• Network proficiency equivalent to HCIP, HCIE, CCNP, CCIE, or H3CIE level, with solid knowledge of TCP/IP, VLAN, Layer 2/Layer 3 switching and routing, VPN, firewalls, DNS/DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.

• Hands-on administrative knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory (AD), and Microsoft 365 enterprise suite.

• Hands-on capability or solid working experience in at least one of the following areas: Python scripting, API integration, workflow automation (n8n / Power Automate), or enterprise GenAI/LLM tool adoption.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia as an added advantage.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP / HCIP / HCIE, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL.

• Prior experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) or regional multi-site IT support.

• Proven experience in independently deploying workflow automation or hands-on AI productivity tools.

• Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
